Greetings, Graduates!

Graduation will be at 10:00 AM on Friday, June 26th at the SCC parking lot in front of the Sitting Old Woman building. Steve Helmbrecht will be here at 3:00 on Thursday, June 25th to take the graduation photos. We will have a short practice right after the pictures are done. You should arrive about 15 minutes early so you have time to get ready before the pictures are taken. Men should wear black slacks and women wear a white blouse. We will have the ribbon shirts for the men and skirts for the women. If you already purchased your caps and tassels from the bookstore, don't forget to bring them. If you haven't, get them before the photoshoot. We usually provide a dinner after the practice, but won't be doing that this year due to restrictions around social gatherings. Instead, you will each receive a gift certificate to use towards a dinner at one of the vendors listed on the certificate.

At graduation, we only have enough seating for you to invite four guests. Your guests will be required to sit in a designated area marked with your name. It may be possible for you to fit 6 quests in that area but 2 would have to bring their own chairs. We are asking you to select one of your guests to participate in the ceremony with you by accompanying you to a table where the diplomas will be and awarding it to you.

If you have not already done so, men need to come in to Helen Windy Boy's office and try on a shirt. The women with skirts completed need to come try them on for proper fit. Helen is in her office Tuesday and Thursday and Marquieta is there on Monday and Wednesday. If you have any further questions please email This email address is being protected from spambots. Congratulations on successfully completing this major milestone!
